1. How do I order KFC Delivery online?
Just follow these simple steps:
- Enter your delivery address to Check Delivery Area.
- Choose your preferred Delivery date and time.
- Start adding items to cart.
- Checkout, pay and we'll deliver!
2. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?
You may change or cancel your order via KFC Customer Care 1300-222-888, provided that the ordered items have not left the restaurant.
3. How will I know if KFC has received my online order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted. Your order status should also be available on the homepage or can be checked at ‘Track My Order’ at the navigation bar.

4. What do I do if my order arrived with missing items?
Please call KFC Customer Care at 1300-222-888 to inform KFC Customer Care personnels of your missing items. We will arrange for the items to be delivered to you in the soonest time possible.
5. Is KFC Delivery available across Malaysia?
KFC Delivery currently only covers selected areas in the country. You will be prompted to check your address when you start ordering online.

6. When is the operating hours for KFC Delivery?
KFC Delivery is available from 10.00am to 10.30pm from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays. However, delivery hours may vary depending on stores.

7. How much time does it take for KFC Delivery to arrive after placing an order?
We strive to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. The delivery time may vary depending on the status of delivery stores. An estimated time of delivery will be shown in every order you place online:
- Orders above RM150 will arrive in approximately 1 hour
- Orders above RM200 will arrive in approximately 1.5 hours
- Orders above RM250 will arrive in approximately 2 hours
- Orders above RM350 will arrive in approximately 2.5 hours
- Orders above RM500 will arrive in approximately 3.5 hours

8. Does KFC Delivery offer the same menu as KFC restaurants?
Menu options for KFC Delivery vary from restaurants’ in-store menu. KFC Delivery has its own Delivery Menu and promotions that are specially catered for delivery.
9. Is there a minimum order requirement for KFC Delivery?
A minimum order of RM15 excluding delivery charges applies to all orders on KFC Delivery.
10. What are the payment options available for KFC Delivery?
The following payment options are available for KFC Delivery:
- Cash (only for orders below RM300)
- Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
- Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
- E-wallet providers (GrabPay, BOOST & Touch ‘n Go eWallet)
Please note that we only accept Credit/Debit Card issued by banks in Malaysia.
11. Can I schedule my order in advance?
You can place your future orders up to 3 days in advance via KFC Delivery Online. During the ordering process, select a date beyond ‘Today’ and choose your preferred delivery date and time.
12. Can I order KFC Delivery via the website without creating an account?
Yes, we now have a ‘guest checkout’ feature for customers who wish to place an order without creating an account.
However, we would recommend you to register with us to earn Reward points and ease of all future orders. Furthermore, registration is free!
