1. Why do I see a QR code on my Rewards page on KFC App once I’ve logged in?
KFC Malaysia is currently in the Beta testing phase for a new feature that enables member QR scanning at in-store kiosks. This functionality is only available in selected stores during this phase. Some stores you’ve visited might not have the feature at their Self Service Kiosk yet, but we’ll be rolling it out to ALL stores soon. STAY TUNED!
2. How do I earn KFC Reward Points?
- Sign up or log in to make a purchase and earn KFC Reward Points via the latest KFC App, KFC.com.my (website) OR Self Service Kiosks in KFC stores by scanning your member QR generated on your KFC App under “Rewards” page.
- KFC Reward Points will be awarded for completed orders and for points earning via Self Service Kiosk it may take 24 hours or up to 48 hours for the points you earn to be credited to your account. You may reach out to KFC Customer Care 1300-222-888 for assistance.
Important Note: KFC Reward Points will only be awarded to logged in purchases on the latest KFC App, the website, or Self Service Kiosks in KFC stores. If you are an existing registered KFC user, you may use the same log in details on the NEW KFC App, website, or scan member QR (showing on KFC App once you’ve logged in) at Self Service Kiosks in KFC stores and start earning points!
3. How to earn KFC Reward Points via orders made at kiosks in store?
- Log in on KFC Malaysia APP (iOS or Android). If you do not have an account, please sign up on KFC App [Go to “Log In” page and click “Sign up now!” at the bottom of the page]
- Once you’ve signed in on KFC App, go to “Rewards” page and click “Tap to reveal QR code”. Scan the QR code displayed at the kiosks in store anytime during your ordering journey.
4. How many points will I earn from my purchase?
- Earn 1 KFC Reward Point for every RM1.00 spent (excluding SST), unless stated otherwise in each respective promotions’ terms and conditions.
- Each Reward Point can be redeemed for discounts on your purchases via the NEW KFC App or website.
- The expiry date of your KFC Reward Points are stated in your KFC account.
5. Can I share/gift/transfer my points to another KFC account?
- Your Reward Points are exclusive to your account and are not be transferable under any circumstances.
6. Will I be able to earn KFC Reward Points from my purchases over the counter, Drive Thru, Drive In, Scan and Order, Grabfood, Foodpanda, Shopee Food, or Air Asia Food on https://vouchers.kfc.com.my/?
- KFC Reward Points are only available for logged in purchases made on the NEW KFC App, KFC.com.my (website) or Kiosks in store by scanning your member QR generated on your KFC APP under “Rewards” page.
7. Can I earn Reward Points as a guest user on the KFC App?
- You must be a logged in user when making your purchase to earn KFC Reward Points. KFC Reward Points will not be awarded for purchases made as a guest user.
8. What should I do if I don’t receive my Reward Points within 48 hours?
- If you have questions regarding your points earning transaction history or any correction, you may report the issue to our Customer Care at 1300-222-888 or kfc.com.my/support within 72 hours. We will not be able to entertain any errors reported after 72 hours from the order placement. Please monitor your account closely.
